*Our unit test for Paul Revere will cover his life, work, and how his diligence helped America gain its independence. Notes for this unit are stapled to this study guide. Be sure to know the answers to the following questions:

-Where was Paul born? What was life like in the 13 Colonies then?

Cause and Effect



          For this week in Reading, we will be working again with determining causes and effects. Here are some helpful games, videos, and practice for this skill. Some of these will be used in class but would still be fun to watch again later. :)





          Of course, there is also a new song for the kids to learn! One thing to remember is that the more senses you apply to when learning a skill, the easier that skill is to remember. Using songs when learning something helps kids (or anyone) make a visual, auditory, tactile, and verbal connection!
